How long does the Spring Reset take?
2–3 hours on-site depending on property size. Your photo report is delivered within 24 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most clients aren't. We just need access — a lockbox code, a key with a neighbor, or your property manager. We document conditions so you see exactly what we saw.
What if you find something serious?
We call you immediately. Then we document it in the report with photos and a recommended next step. If you need a vendor, we can coordinate the introduction — that's what we do.
Is this a home inspection?
No. This is a visual property assessment — we document observable conditions and flag anything that warrants attention. We're not licensed home inspectors and this is not a substitute for a licensed inspection.
What happens after the Spring Reset?
You get your report, your action plan, and honest guidance. If you want ongoing property stewardship — regular visits, vendor coordination, storm readiness — we can talk about that. No pressure. Most people see the report and decide on their own.
